YOUTH SUNDAY NIGHT DINNER SCHEDULE

 Click HERE to view the current youth dinner list for Sunday nights.  This list is for September through January.  If you don't see your name on this chart, please email me so that we can get you schduled for a Sunday night.  If you are unable to provide dinner on the night you are assigned, please contact the family with whom you would like to swap.  Once you have chosen a night or confirmed a change of dates, please email that information here so it can be corrected on the calendar.  Don't forget to let me know what you'll be serving. SAFE SANCTUARY
The session recently approved the Safe Sanctuary Policy.  This is has been put into effect to protect our children, youth, and volunteers within the church.  You can look at the details of the policy and fill out the forms if you are a volunteer by clicking HERE.

YOUTH COVENANT
ALL youth must turn in a Youth Covenant signed by them and their parent(s) before attending any youth events.  You can view and print the covenant by clicking HERE .

Chaperone Commitment & Release Form

This form must be filled out by all advisors and chaperones before they are able to chaperone or attend any youth event.  Please fill out the form and email it to Matt or put it in Box #3 located in the hallway near the church office entrance.
