Purpose: To grant annually an undergraduate scholarship(s) to a deserving MEMBER OF PHILADELPHIA CHURCH OR A RESIDENT LIVING WITHIN THE LEGAL CORPORATE TOWN LIMITS OF MINT HILL for study as a full time student at an accredited college or university.  This award is based upon:

James Lee Miller, Jr. Undergraduate Scholarship

Purpose: To grant an UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP to a deserving member of Philadelphia Presbyterian Church for study as a full time student at an accredited college or university.  This person may be a High School Senior, College Freshman, Sophomore or Junior with a "B" average.

James Lee Miller, Jr. Graduate Scholarship

Purpose: To grant a GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP to a deserving member or previous member of Philadelphia Presbyterian Church for study as a full time student at an accredited college or university.  This person must have successfully completed their undergraduate requirements or be in their last year of undergraduate studies with at least a 3.0 GPA.
