Sometimes it is important to get away for a weekend and recharge our minds, bodies, and spirits. We all have that opportunity next March 19-21 when Philadelphia Presbyterian Church will convene on Montreat, North Carolina for our second church wide retreat! There will be intergenerational group study, worship, play, time to hike, shop, relax with friends, and just meditate.
Our theme is Around the Water Cooler. There is plenty of room for everyone, but you do have to register to be sure you get the accommodations you desire. Fifty dollars will reserve one room for you. This money is fully refundable through the end of December. In early January, however, we will need to release any unreserved rooms or be responsible for paying for all of them whether we use them or not.
On the last Sunday of each month the Retreat Committee will host a luncheon in the Kerr Building. Cost will be $5 per person with a $20 maximum per family. You can eat in or take out.
