The 2012 Annual Charlie Mullis, Jr. Youth Scholarship Foundation Golf Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, May 12.  The proceeds will go toward the Charlie Mullis Youth Scholarship Endowment Fund.  This fund was established in memory of Charlie Mullis, Jr., by his family in 1996 after Charlie tragically died.  The scholarship is designed for the middle and senior high youth of the church to attended conferences, retreats & events.  This fund is meant to benefit those who because of financial reasons would otherwise be unable to attend such events.  If you would like to participate in the tournament please contact Tommy Mullis at O’Neil’s, 8111 Fairview Rd (Hwy 218), Charlotte, NC  28227 or by phone at 704-545-1070.  The tournament will be held at Larkhaven Golf Course on Saturday, May 12 with a Shot Gun start at 8 a.m.  There will be a Fish Fry after the tournament at O’Neill’s for all the sponsors and players.  All contributions need to be sent to Charles Mullis, Sr. at 4413 Sunset Drive, Mint Hill, NC  28227-8547 by April 27.  Make checks payable to “Charlie Mullis Youth Scholarship Endowment Fund”.
